- Excellant grass for lawns.
- Relatively easy to maintain.
- Cost of seed is much lower than that of bentgrass.

Recommended planting rate: 3 lbs. per 1000 sq. ft for new lawns.
One acre requires 45-135 lbs. acre.

- Very comparable to bluegrass.
- Excellant performance and wear quality.
- Used as a erosion control.

- Very "Coarse" (thick) texture. which provides
dense ground cover.

ft.
