Excellant grass for lawns.
Relatively easy to maintain.
Cost of seed is much lower than that of bentgrass.
Lawns: New: 1-3 lbs. per 1000 sq. ft.
Recommended planting rate: 3 lbs. per 1000 sq. ft for new lawns.
One acre requires 45-135 lbs. acre.

Very comparable to bluegrass.
Excellant performance and wear quality.
Used as a erosion control.
